To strengthen our organization we are currently looking for a
IT ADMINISTRATOR
who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of our computer infrastructure. This includes the systems for the functional SAP design and configuration which we are currently implementing. You will investigate and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving our IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. Furthermore managing the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats our network will be an essential part of your work. The position will be located in Vadstena, Sweden or Olaine, Latvia.

Your responsibilities:
- Hands-on installation and maintenance of systems and network environment for the organization and the installation of new systems
- Conducting consistent analyses of our computer systems to determine if existing components meet the company’s need and perform upgrades or updates
- Assessing, installing and managing security programs, conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Provide hands-on remote support to end users for computer, server, printer and software & telecom needs and monitor issues through our support / ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution
- Administration of network environment to ensure network security and availability for all system users
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information security or related areas
- Professional network and other computer certifications, such as A+ and MSCE, are preferred
- 3+ years of solid work experience in a technical IT-Administration role in an International work environment
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
- A deep working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Cloud systems, ERP systems, Exchange, Sharepoint, Windows, MS Active Directory, Terminal Services, TCP/IP, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Remote application and implementation familiarity with various security hardware and software
- Experience in working with an ERP system, preferably SAP Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment while keeping a customer service attitude
- Familiar with all aspect of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to function independently while operating effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and ability to communicate comfortably with different level of people
