International Business Developement Manager

The comany weforyou GmbH was founded in Austria in 2014 with the vision of a constant change from fossil raw materials to highly sustainable solutions through research and development. In our own subsidiary in the Far East, we process everything from one source to the final product. Within of our internationalization and market expansion for the EU region, we are looking for a technically in the field of (bio) polymers qualified and motivated sales employee for our „sustainable polymers" division.

Responsibilities:

1. Development and expansion of our range of end-use applications from biopolymers
2. Partial responsibility for project planning and production in our own plant
3. Coordination of the production processes with customers and our own R&D team
4. Takeover of some activities in the sense of management
5. Active sale of biopolymers to customers or to processing industries
6. Interface function, communication partner and reporting for this business area
7. Permanent coordination with our technical team in the Far East
8. Organization and execution of projects and trade fairs (eg Interpack, Kfair etc.)

Your profile:

1. completed relevant education in the field of plastic engineering – especially for PLA or other biopolymers - focus
2. Production experience (preferably directly in plastic processing)
3. Self-initiative, independent work
4. Very good English is required
5. Preferably some Sales experience
6. Reliability, stress resistance and willingness to learn
7. Willingniss to travel internationally and to be at the headquarters in Graz on a regular base

According to the collective contract, this item is subject to a freely agreed basic salary with a relevant commission model.
