The Role:

Being part of a close-knit and inclusive team of 60+ professionals, you will have an important part in the development of digital microelectronics integrated within our hearing aid chipsets, including those used in leading brands such as Oticon, Philips, Bernafon, and Sonic.

As digital IC verification engineer, you get the chance to work with best-in-class audio processor and low power wireless ICs. Primary tasks on a daily basis include:

• Development of verification plans & test cases

• Implementation of random test generators, monitors, high level transactional models

• Implementing and maintaining the verification flow

• Digital simulation using HDL

• Formal verification

• Collection and analysis of test coverage

Working within the domain of digital electronics, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a complete System-on-Chip (SoC) project. This entails engaging with processor cores like ARM, packet-based interconnect NoC (network on a chip), and audio signal processing - spanning both hardware and deep neural network (DNN) implementation.

Within our innovative department, you will find a thriving community of skilled engineers specializing in various facets of chipset firmware, physical IC design, chipset test and support, analog IC design, and, of course, digital IC design. We are proud to employ top-of-the-line tools, methodologies, and technologies, offering end-to-end chipset development capabilities.

Joining our esteemed team of 25+ digital IC design, verification, and tool engineers, you will collaborate with highly proficient individuals who excel in their respective fields.

It's worth noting that hearing aids operate on extremely small batteries, requiring us to address the primary challenges of power efficiency and compact size.
