HR Technician

Sesé is a global logistics and supply chain company with over 14,000 professionals in 18+ countries.
This position is based at our offices in Gliwice, Poland, under a maternity leave replacement contract.

We are looking for an HR Technician to join our People & Culture team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting recruitment and selection processes based on established needs.
• Managing personnel administration: contracts, attendance control (leaves, vacations, etc.), payroll variables, and time bank.
• Maintaining and updating employee databases and tracking records.
• Coordinating with temporary employment agencies (ETTs) regarding operational staff.
• Addressing and resolving employee inquiries and HR-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital tools and office software, especially Excel and talent management systems.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a temporary employment agency or HR department.
• Strong internal and external customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and proactivity.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
