This position is based at our offices in Gliwice, Poland, under a maternity leave replacement contract.
We are looking for an HR Technician to join our People & Culture team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes based on established needs.
- Managing personnel administration: contracts, attendance control (leaves, vacations, etc.), payroll variables, and time bank.
- Maintaining and updating employee databases and tracking records.
- Coordinating with temporary employment agencies (ETTs) regarding operational staff.
- Addressing and resolving employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
- Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital tools and office software, especially Excel and talent management systems.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a temporary employment agency or HR department.
- Strong internal and external customer orientation.
