Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper and her Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily inspection of all rooms and ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times, in line with Leading Hotels of the World standards.
As a field manager, you will supervise and support a team of around 40 employees with kindness, high standards and a sense of pedagogy. You will unite your teams around a culture of service, ensuring the quality of the services provided and customer satisfaction.
You will supervise the organization and upkeep of offices and storerooms, ensure the technical monitoring of rooms in conjunction with the relevant departments, and manage lost property. You will also be responsible for the delivery and monitoring of guest linen and may be required to check the common areas of the establishment to ensure overall consistency in quality.
As a key player in skills development, you will actively participate in the ongoing training of teams, particularly with regard to compliance with establishment standards, the use and preservation of equipment, and best practices related to the organization of offices.

Candidate’s profile :
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a housekeeper in a 5-star hotel.
- Fluency in spoken English is essential, fluency in a second foreign language is a plus
- Work according to the Leading Hotels of the World standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of UNIFOCUS would be a plus
