Demonstrates understanding of and an ability to implement the values and ethos of the La Restuccia project
Plan, implement, and manage daily hotel operations
Budget support and analysis of the Hotel’s financial plans
Planning and organization of the Restuccia sales system
Check and warning of hotel expenses
Implement and support marketing and marketing team
Management of customer relations and the work team
Supplier network management
Support in the search for front / hotel / hospitality personnel
Preparation and management of delivery steps and personal coordination
