- Do the planning of construction activities together with the Head of Shipyard;
- Coordinate teams and delegate tasks to team leaders and workers;
- Present solutions for possible incompatibilities, between the project and the execution of the work;
- Conduct planning, preparation and management of human and material resources;
- Check the construction work in accordance with the applicable drawings and regulations;
- Control the quality of building materials and equipment control;
- Coordinate the execution of the works in order to guarantee the required quality and fulfill the deadlines established in the planning;
- Represent the company with the client and its work supervision;
- Ensure the correct updating of work equipment and tools;
- Know how to read and interpret technical drawing.
