German Technical Customer Support - Remote

We are looking for German speaking candidates living in Portugal, to join a technical customer support team, with excellent career growth opportunities and contract made directly by the company.

In this job you will help customers over the phone, solving technical issues like internet instability, connection, device malfunction, and other similar technical requests made by the clients. Your communication skills will be of great value for this position!

German native/fluent (level C1 minimum);
English level C1
Availability to work from home (must have good internet connection, speed test will be requested OR on-site in the office (office in Entrecampos, Lisbon)
Must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese Residence card
Great communication skills
 

- Full time job, to work from home OR on-site, with the office located in central Lisbon (Entrecampos, near plenty of public transportation)
- Working schedule from Monday to Friday, having 3 shifts available: 8am - 5pm; 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (you must be available to take any of these shifts)
- Must be available to work eventually 1 to 2 saturdays per month. When you work a saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
- Base salary of 1.050€ gross
- Monthly bonus of up to 500€ gross
- Quarterly bonus of up to 500€ gross
- Meal allowance of 6,41€ net per day of work
- Contract made directly by the company (6 months contract at first, then possibility of renewal / permanent contract)
