FUJIFILM: Collaboration Engineer - IT

Information Technology is a part of Digital Technologies which is a fast-growing department responsible for driving the digital transformation for the site. You will be surrounded by highly dedicated and skilled colleagues who all works on the mission of developing, ensuring stable, efficient and compliant IT solutions. Simplicity and agility is important in everything we do.

You will be part of the Collaboration Engineering team within the IT Service Management area. You will be responsible for all Collaboration Platform and Services, both administrative, operations, maintenance and development within this area. We are currently having a mixed set of platforms and services which we would like to simplify and align. Furthermore, we are in the transition from G-Suite to MS365. Your key objective will be to make sure we understand all requirements and business needs for collaboration and that it is done from a supported platform. Furthermore, you will ensure technical Support to customers within this area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Collaboration tools (e.g. MS365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Miro, DocuSign etc.). This includes our validated global on premise SharePoint solution for sharing document with customers.
• Develop Cloud roadmap for Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies Collaboration solutions.
• Develop process, procedures and enhancements for Collaboration solutions.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of IT knowledge bases, End User support and training documentation.
• Capture and evaluate business requirement for Collaboration solutions.
• Participates in IT project execution and quality assurance.
• Cooperation with our other IT teams like Infrastructure, Application Management and IT ServiceDesk.

Your Qualifications:

• BSc. within relevant IT area
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience with Cloud solution implementations
• Strong networking, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Analytic/problem solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and resourceful solution oriented.
• Fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
