Front Desk Officer
Job description:
- Welcoming guests and checking - ins/outs of guests
- Entering and updating the information about guests in the system
- Charging for services and issuing invoices
- Performing tasks related to the exchange office
- Providing information to guests in a friendly and professional manner
Required knowledge and skills:
- Higher education / university degree, work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable
- Communicativeness, kindness, conscientiousness
- Flexibility of business needs
- Cooperation and willingness to work in a team
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably knowledge of German
