French Account Manager in Venlo
About the job
We are seeking an eager and independent sales account manager who will be in charge of sales acquisition and client port folio management for the French market.
In this position you will manage a port folio of 650 clients who you will contact on a regular basis. With your excellent listening skills you are able to ask the right questions and provide the client with an appropriate answer and offer.
You will built strong and long lasting relationships with your clients, based on trust and keeping your promise.
You will be responsible for quotations, sending out offers, order fulfillment, handling complaints and after sales.
In the CRM system you will keep track of all the client information and make sure it is up to date.
Next to that you will be in charge of drafting turnover and profit reports for each of your clients and develop your own sales plan.

Requirements
• You must have previous experience in an inside sales position or lead generation experience.• To be successful you have to have a winner's mindset and are always eager to score.• Together with good listening skills are excellent writing and communication skills required.• Your French skills are fluent and you have either fluent English or Dutch skills.• Must be able to manage work load and work independently• Good knowledge of MS office programs and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
