Summary of the Role: 

The role of Front Office Agent (FOA) is the point of reference for welcoming the customer and supporting him at 360 ° in his stay, wellness and relaxation experience within the splendid structure.

In carrying out its role, the FOA is responsible for:

It welcomes and registers all customers paying great attention to their requests and in compliance with the procedures of the Leading standards. It ensures that all customer information is present in the computer system.
He always shows a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards customers, hierarchical superiors and work colleagues.
Possesses and develops a commercial aptitude by achieving additional sales targets.
It assumes responsibility for the management of the cash fund and performs continuous checks on it. He has a complete knowledge of the rooms, the various services offered to customers, rates and availability dates. He knows all current promotions, customer loyalty programs, the hours of the different points of sale, the hotel events, etc. He/she takes into consideration all customer requests or complaints, referring to his/her hierarchical superior.

It makes sure that the customer leaves a positive opinion of their stay and guarantees their satisfaction. He has a complete knowledge of the Opera computer system. Comply with and apply safe, security, and emergency procedures. Ensures that bookings are taken in the absence of booking operators. Maintains a close relationship with the Front Office Manager and with the other departments (e.g. F&B; SPA; Room; etc.) to coordinate an effective follow-up of all comments or requests coming from the customer.
