F&B Runners work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth flow of operations. They ensure that orders are correctly prepared and presented, assist with clearing and resetting tables, and support overall service efficiency. Their role is essential in maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
They are attentive, organised, and proactive, always ready to assist where needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills are key, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

F&B Runners will be on their feet for extended periods and must be comfortable with a hands-on role, including carrying trays and supporting service operations throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is an asset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to carry trays and stand for long periods
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Experience in high-volume or busy dining environments
- Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene standards
- Customer service training or certification
