We are looking for a unique profile: an entertainer who also enjoys singing and performing live.
For our partner campsite on the island of Lošinj (Poljana), we are hiring an entertainer who will be part of the animation team during the day and perform live music in the evenings.
This role combines daytime animation work with evening performances — ideal for someone who enjoys being on stage but also likes working with people throughout the day.
Your role includes:
- participating in daily animation activities (sports, games, guest interaction)
- being part of the team and programme during the day
- performing live singing sessions 2–3 evenings per week
- creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on the restaurant terrace
- interacting with guests and building a positive vibe through music and presence
This is not a full-time “musician job” — it is a hybrid role.
We are looking for someone who is:
- comfortable entertaining guests during the day
- and confident enough to sing live in the evening

- base salary: EUR 1,000–1,200 net per month

- good spoken English is required
- availability for the summer season (minimum 2–3 months, preferably longer)
- ability to sing live in front of guests (solo performance)
- basic sense of rhythm, stage presence and confidence
- willingness to perform 2–3 evenings per week
- readiness to work as a full team member during daytime animation
- strong communication skills and positive attitude
- reliability, responsibility and professional behaviour
- ability to adapt to a hospitality environment and guest expectations
Important:
This role is not suitable for candidates who want to only perform music.
We are looking for entertainers who also enjoy being part of daily activities.
Work experience is not required, but confidence and the right mindset are essential.
- experience in singing, performing or playing an instrument
- experience in animation, tourism or hospitality
- ability to create a relaxed live music atmosphere (acoustic, pop, international songs)
- basic guitar or backing track experience
- additional languages (German, Italian, French, Dutch)
- experience with microphone and basic sound equipment
- confidence interacting with guests between songs
- net monthly salary: EUR 1,000–1,200
