- You are the contact person for the worldwide service hubs
- You will provide support for technical problems and product specific requests via ticket system
- You connect remotely to customer machines
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
- Your completed technical education in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
- Your existing technical basic knowledge in the field of IT and software
- Your C# or C++ knowledge is an advantage
- Your readiness for 24/7 shift
- Your experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
- Your good written and spoken German and English skills and your strong communication skills
- Your independent and responsible way of working
- Your high technical understanding
