Technology professionals implement and lead highly complex technology projects. Working with clients, they design, develop and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive high performance. These professionals may build, test, install and maintain software across a variety of projects and industries, working with leading enterprise applications such as SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft and Oracle or with custom-built applications, and they are involved in a wide range of challenging global technology projects.

As a Compliance Specialist you are situated within the Digital Service Unit. You secure eCommerce, publishing, social and mobile applications as well as network sites to ensure availability, integrity and confidentiality with a special focus on the protection of consumer data (privacy and cRM), including Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS)

  • Setup a B2C Security & Privacy expert network, notably including representatives from Markets, Agencies, GLOBE BTC Security, GLOBE IS/IT Security Services.  Ensure that network meets regularly and shares/develops/promotes  a common set of best practices. 
  • Maintain a security and privacy dashboard to B2C and derive a set of minimal standards that need to be implemented and monitored. Notably include PCI DSS for all eCommerce sites and automated scans for all sites. Ensure that the expert network actively contributes to the definition and maintenance of the above.
  • Establish and monitor a plan to ensure that all DSU operated platforms become and remain compliant with the controls and standards defined in the B2C risk and control matrix. 
  • Maintain an accurate repository of security and privacy related meta-data. Ensure that the meta-data is maintained “at source” (by the site owners) with DSU security acting as a “gate keeper”. 
  • Contribute to  and sign-off the Security/Privacy delivables of DSU projects.
  • Support all Web Service Units and Hosting suppliers in implementing the most suitable security/privacy approach requirements 

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully work with business owners and stakeholders, end users, system owners, IT specialists as well as suppliers.

- Proficient analytical skills to resolve complex problems in a comprehensive and timely manner.

- Deep understanding of web testing solutions and frameworksUnderstanding of industry leading assessment tools (web inspect) Complete understanding of security for all underlying layers of hosting (OSI Model )

- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
