Customer Service Representative (M/F) - German / Dutch Markets
We're Adecco Human Resources, throughout our specialization line in Call Center solutions, we are selecting for our prestigious client: Customer Service Representative (M/F).
We are currently recruiting new agents to work in multiple projects for the Nordic market, namely for the German and Dutch markets.
Our client has multiple projects in the customer care area, namely in the IT, gaming, real estate, banking, and tourism sectors.
TASKS:
- Customer service call;
- Give support, through others means of communication, namely email and chat;
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and service and product related inquiries;
- Inform the customer about specific products, services, policies, and processes.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH...
- Native languages skills in German and Dutch (spoken, reading and writing) - and also an advanced English level (spoken and writing);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service – oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
- Strong administration and organization skills;
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy;
- Intermediate PC skills;
- Immediate availability.
