What you'll do 

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, providing a professional and friendly voice reservation experience; 

• Match hotel products to customer needs, generating revenue and enhancing brand preference; 

• Respond to inquiries regarding prices, hotel details, reservations, payment conditions, and loyalty program queries; 

• Convert calls into bookings using positive sales and marketing techniques while identifying customer needs and preferences; 

• Utilize systems, information, and tools effectively to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience; 

• Support team performance by motivating colleagues and contributing to shared goals.

• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French (C2); 

• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); 

• Previous experience in Sales and/or Hospitality/Tourism; 

• Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity; 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 

• Strong web-based navigation skills; 

• Familiarity with reservation systems and tools is a plus; 

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
