Garden Palace Hotels group is looking for an experienced Cook, with: min. 2 years proven experience in 4 / 5* hotels; relevant training in Gastronomy / Cooking / Catering; excellent technical cooking skills; experience in "a la carte" service; experience in "buffet" making and all-included concept; excellent leadership and team management skills; dynamic, proactive, great sense of responsibility; autonomous, problem solver; good food cost knowledge; good knowledge of HACCP; experience in purchase and stock management; hours flexibility.
5-month full-time work contract
8 hours work / day, 40 hours per week
Basic (gross) wage: €815 / month (negotiable according to experience) + meals included
