Commis Chef
Convento do Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa is looking for a Commis Chef, with:
- A culinary degree or certificate
- Experience working in a kitchen (at least 1 year)
- Flexible to work mornings and/or evenings, depending on hotel occupancy and team organization.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Taking part in daily food preparation, respecting spec sheets and qyality standards
- Working at different stations (hot, cold, etc)
- Ensuring that HACCP norms are respected
- Create a good team spirit with the rest of the brigade
