Opis pracovnej ponuky
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, innovative and talented Chef de Partie
The Ideal Candidate:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Ensure that each member of your team is fully aware of their responsibilities and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Help prepare all orders for the fresh and dry store items required on a daily basis
- Ensure proper rotation of stock
- Deputise in the absence of the Junior Sous chef
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements
- Must have valid working visa
- Must speak English and work to a high standard
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Have excellent organisational skills
