Your tasks:
- In cooperation with his team, the department manager is involved in the work process and ensures compliance with and implementation of applicable legislation and monitors the implementation of his instructions.
- He ensures good working relations within his team and encourages an attitude towards customers.
- He participates in the evaluation of his colleagues.
- Within the framework of the commercial and marketing policy of the store, he ensures the layout of the department, promotional campaigns, relations with suppliers (negotiations, orders) and ensures a well-stocked and varied range of food products in the department.
