We are looking for a chef de rang. The resource, joining a highly qualified team and under the supervision of the restaurant manager, will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. He/she will also be responsible for managing and preparing the restaurant service, will have to take care of the guests and their needs by providing a careful and distinctive experience.
Candidates must have great team spirit, the desire to achieve shared goals and availability to work full-time in a refined and sustainable dining room and kitchen project.
Experience in the same role of at least two years in structures of at least the same level
Knowledge of the various techniques of service in the dining room and a strong interest in the world of wine
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
Excellent knowledge and ability to maintain service standards;
Passion, enthusiasm and guest orientation;
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team;
Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit;
The ideal candidate is an open-minded person, curious, who knows how to listen, willing to take on challenges and step out of their comfort zone.
