1. Chef qualifications of at least 4 years.
2. Recent previous experience in a busy, but organised 4 star hotel/restaurant kitchen.
3. Candidates must have proven experience of managing their own section.
4. Highly motivated and excellent communication skills.
5. Interest in food & food presentation with an eye for detail.
6. Honest, reliable and hardworking.
7. Adherence to Food Safety and HACCP procedures.
8. Able to work as part of a team.
9. Will thrive working under pressure. On instructions from our clients, candidates without
