Castlemartyr Resort is currently recruiting a Bar Tender for the Knights Bar.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Good working knowledge of all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.

· Prepare drinks & cocktails to defined standard

· Ensure Bar is kept clean & organised

· Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

· Ensure guests are served in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure all licencing and health & safety rules are followed at all times

· Ensure all cash handling procedures are adhered to

· Ensure the bar opening and closing procedures are carried out as defined

Required:

Need to be available to work evenings/nights & weekends

Previous bar tending experience is a requirement for this role
