Main responsibilities / Tasks:
• You are working in a development team for automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electrical power trains
• You design or improve mechanical components, define and supervise testing and provide production support
• You are in charge of validation through development of test methods, monitoring of testing, FMEA’s
• You initiate and develop new concepts to improve the transmission
• You collaborate with internal departments such as production, assembly, purchasing
• You collaborate with external partners for development and production
• You work in a team for different projects to serve the customer: follow up and implementation of customer requests
Required profile:
- You are an Industrial Engineer Electro mechanics or Mechanics, preferably with a focus on Automotive Engineering
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in the Automotive Industry
- You have excellent skills in powertrains, more precisely in transmissions.
- You have a thorough knowledge and experience in the field of mechanics, dynamics and production, preferably in an automotive environment
- You have experience with gears, bearings, clutches
- You have an analytical mindset and you are goal-oriented
- You possess strong communication skills and have a good knowledge of English
