 Then you might be our new Head of Consumer Data & Digital Development who can drive our digital and data insights roadmap, drive analyses and insights influencing creative campaign development and media strategies in The Barn,  Arla’s inhouse agency.

About the job

Heading up the Consumer Data & Digital Development team in The Barn you will be the primary driver of delivering analysis and insights that will influence decision making in The Barn. You’ll be managing a team with a great mix of digital marketing specialists within web, data, analytics, digital technology and search. It is a great environment with room to grow.  You’ll be expected to develop our data strategy and continuously improve how we work with 1st party data and insights that benefits both the rest of The Barn and our global brands.

Together with the team lead for Owned Media, you will also be responsible for driving our digital roadmap to strengthen Arla’s web presence within Food Inspiration and recipes across markets.

You become an integral member of the global leadership team in The Barn – a very ambitious unit in Arla where passionate colleagues are pushing to build a world class in-house digital agency and creative production powerhouse. The office vibe is casual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional mindset.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Be the digital analytics and insights champion in The Barn to help us on our journey to become a true Food agency with deep knowledge on Consumer Food Insights.
  • Support the team lead for Owned Media, reporting to you, in developing the digital eco-system roadmap across markets.
  • Secure a strong understanding of the role of owned media within brand campaigns
  • Develop and improve our Consumer Data Strategy centered around Food Insights across markets to inform both media buying and creative campaign development
  • Support upskilling of internal data understanding and embed data-first mindset across Arla.
  • Lead the Owned Media, Consumer Data and Search Team
  • Co-drive the Barn creative campaign and media deliverables with rest of the Barn

You are an effective communicator and able to bring a strong voice of the consumer into the business that helps improve Arla’s brand and commercial performance. In short, you’ll play a key role in bringing consumer trends and food trends to the forefront of everything we do in The Barn.

Who are you?

Data-driven digital marketing is your home base. You are data-driven by heart and passionate about the opportunities of digital data. Furthermore, you have a relentless curiosity for using data to understand consumer behavior, trends and patterns.You have at least 5 years of experience working with consumer data, ideally from an agency role, and you would also benefit from experience with a matrix across multiple geographies.

It goes without saying that you are passionate about the opportunities of digital technologies – a passion you share with the rest of your team. This will play a  big part in motivating the group to add further ambitions and deliver great data.You are strategic and conceptual and work hard to deliver a best-in-class consumer data setup. Great communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial to support our deliverables across markets.  You must be fluent in both Danish and English.
