Le risorse ricercate avranno il compito di accogliere gli Ospiti secondo le politiche, gli standard e le procedure aziendali, garantire le attività di check-in e check-out, gestire le telefonate e le richieste via mail degli ospiti, essere costantemente informato/a su tutti i servizi offerti dall'hotel e sulle attrazioni turistiche della zona per poter informare gli ospiti, gestire le richieste di emergenza quando necessario, mantenere relazioni professionali con ospiti e colleghi.
E’ importante anticipare ed ascoltare le esigenze degli ospiti ed essere in grado di affrontarle con le soluzioni più adatte per creare un’esperienza indimenticabile,
Job requirements:
La ricerca è orientata verso candidati che abbiano una pregressa esperienza nella mansione e conoscenza dei software alberghieri, preferibilmente Scrigno,
Richiesta buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua, nonché una conoscenza, anche minima, della lingua italiana.
Ottime doti comunicative (scritte e parlate), ottime capacità relazionali ed empatiche, forte passione per il mestiere, entusiasmo e spiccata propensione all’Ospite. Predisposizione al lavoro in team.
Capacità di apprendere nuove competenze e tenersi al passo con gli sviluppi del dipartimento.
Attenzione nel fornire livelli di servizio eccezionali e coerenti a clienti interni ed esterni anticipando e superando le loro aspettative.
Benefits
Si offre contratto di lavoro stagionale a tempo determinato.
Le risorse saranno inquadrate secondo il CCNL Turismo Aziende Alberghiere, per 40 ore settimanali.

For the summer season 2023 they are looking for Receptionists for their Hotels and Resorts
The resources sought will be responsible for welcoming Guests according to company policies, standards and procedures, ensuring check-in and check-out activities, handling phone calls and email requests from guests, being constantly informed about all services offered by the hotel and tourist attractions in the area in order to inform guests, handling emergency requests when necessary, maintaining professional relations with guests and colleagues.
It is important to anticipate and listen to guests' needs and be able to address them with the most suitable solutions to create an unforgettable experience,
Job requirements:
The search is oriented towards candidates who have previous experience in the job and knowledge of hotel software, preferably Scrigno,
Good knowledge of English and preferably of a second language, as well as knowledge, even minimal, of Italian.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), excellent interpersonal and empathic skills, strong passion for the job, enthusiasm and a strong inclination towards guests. Predisposition to work in a team.
Ability to learn new skills and keep abreast of departmental developments.
Focus on providing exceptional and consistent levels of service to internal and external customers by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.

A seasonal, fixed-term employment contract is offered.
The resources will be graded according to the CCNL Turismo Aziende Alberghiere, for 40 hours per week.
