About the organisation
We are now looking for entrepreneurially-minded co-creators to join a cooperative which is being established at the moment. At the initial stage, this inspiring cooperative will organise Good Life Community (GLC) — an intercultural residential community for 30–50 people. This we envision to grow into a fully sustainable and self-sufficient 1,000-member future village in 10 years. It will be organically natural yet consciously high-tech, deeply personal yet lovingly social, highly spiritual yet pragmatically abundant.

JOBS AND EARNING POSSIBILITIES
We are now looking for entrepreneurially-minded co-creators to join a cooperative which is being established at the moment. If you’re looking for work in which you can 1) fulfil your dream, 2) utilise your unique gifts, 3) grow to your full potential, 4) earn a decent living, 5) change the world, and 6) do all these things with a community of kindred souls, THIS IS A LIFE-CHANGING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU.
The work opportunities that we have to offer to you as an approved GLC member are:
- Working as a cook in the GLC restaurant in a part-time job preparing 1 or 2 healthy meals a day. Salary 11–13 €/h. You can also expand this into a full-time restaurant business by selling meals to visitors. Our restaurant has seats for 50 people.
- Working in GLC as a farm mechanic and farmer / tractor driver part-time (seasonal), and also in the maintenance of the buildings. These tasks altogether make one full-time job. Salary 12–14 €/h.
- Working to manufacture GLC’s own income-generating products as a paid employee on hourly or commission salary, once GLC has organised such production. GLC has several possible products available. Which ones are chosen depends on the skills of the members.

We can plan together your work, working time, and income based on your purpose, past experience, skill level, education, and also the results you have obtained. Your work can start as soon as you arrive at Sahala Estate, and in some cases, you can also start remotely before you arrive. Furthermore, members can have a high-quality and ergonomic office work spot (with Salli office furniture) or other suitable workspace in which to do their business or job.
FANTASTIC AND POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENT
The historic, large and modern Sahala Estate in Rautalampi, central Finland, is a haven of lush forests, fertile fields, clear waters, and clean air. It is here that we are creating a community and learning centre for the next-level society. With its pristine nature as a tribute to Mother Earth and trailblazer role in the league of nations, the Nordic country of Finland beckons to those willing and able to build a better world for all living beings.

SEVERAL HOUSING AND LIVING OPTIONS
You will find our rental rooms and apartments in good condition and yet surprisingly cheap.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Before even thinking about applying, you must have a permit to stay in Finland. Our common language in GLC is English, though, so you must be able to communicate in English.
We don’t allow using any intoxicants (smoking, snuff, drugs, alcohol, etc.) in the community. Any forms of violence or discrimination are also not allowed here.
