1. Support for People with Disabilities
Inform, advise, and assist individuals recognized (or in the process of recognition) as having a disability in their job search and professional integration.
Help with career development, training projects, and professional transitions to prevent job loss.
Provide job search assistance: access to job offers, CV and cover letter preparation, interview coaching.
Facilitate workplace integration and adaptation (including ergonomic adjustments and compensation for disability).
2. Support for Employers
Inform and advise employers (public and private) on their legal obligations regarding the employment of people with disabilities.
Assist with inclusive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Provide guidance on financial aids, workplace adaptations, and best practices for disability inclusion.
3. Additional Roles
Secure career paths for people with disabilities by ensuring continuity and stability in employment.
Raise awareness and promote disability inclusion among employers and stakeholders.
Work in partnership with local actors and complement mainstream employment services.
