Yacht F&B Manager
The F&B Manager works ashore and he has a team of professionals at his disposal.
Maintains relations with the management of the group he represents and carries out the growth of the brand; His objective is to manage all the requests that arrive from the on-board Chefs and to implement and optimize the current processes with a view to better performance of its staff.
Maintains and creates relationships with the suppliers with whom he will make contractual agreements, managing related costs and budgets, ensuring constant growth of the Brand.

Previous experience in the role of 1 or 2 years, preferably in companies in the yachting, food, personal care and similar sectors
Fluent English C1
Excellent IT skills (e.g. CRM, Passpartout, Excel)
Commercial mentality, understanding of customer market dynamics and requirements, result orientation
Excellent organizational, communication, relational and negotiation skills
Motivation and ability to work in a team that always aims for excellence
Flexibility and organizational skills.
Predisposition for change and must have a strong propensity for problem solving and multi-tasking
