We are looking for employees for the Carlsberg warehouse, the largest brewery in Denmark and one of the largest in the world. The company has factories in over 50 countries around the world and employs around 43,000 people. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen. on the first day training takes place in the warehouse. There are several processes performed by our employees in the warehouse:
1. Unloading vehicles with finished products
- the operator receives documents containing information about the car and the product. Before unloading, it checks whether the driver has met all the requirements related to work safety, unloads the goods, scans the pallets, loads them to the indicated place, and scans the box. After unloading, it informs the office about the end of the process.
2. Loading the car with goods
- loading the car with the appropriate goods and the appropriate number of pallets. The product is picked from the appropriate container, scanned and loaded into the vehicle.
3. Unloading the car with cardboard boxes, pallets with glass bottles for the product. Loading of cars with pallets with beer crates.
4. Preparation of packaging for products
- pallets with empty bottles are delivered from the construction site to the product buffer.
5. Delivery of packages to the product line
- transport of packages from the buffer to the production hall and delivery of pallets to the line.
6. Receipt of finished products from the line
- selection of produced pallets with beer from the line and their further transport to the warehouse or loading on a truck.
7. Waste transportation at Carlsberg's request
- removal of the glass / plastic waste container to the appropriate place.
Duties
- picking goods using a terminal and a forklift, sorting pallets
- operating an electric trolley and a pallet jack
- loading and unloading cars, working in the hot hall and outside
- maintaining order in the workplace
- collecting beer from production
Required Qualifications
- Sanitary and epidemiological examination (in case of lack, we do it in the cst of the employee before the start of work)
- psychotests
- Diligence and discipline
- Responsibility and the ability to work in a team
Remuneration
- from 22 to 24.5 PLN/hour (gross)
- bonus from 0 to 200 PLN/month (gross)
- additional payment for night shifts
- productivity bonus
From March 1, the gross rate per hour will be from 22.00 to 24.50 PLN.
Bonus for accident-free driving + efficiency
Work Schedule
- 10-12 hours daily
- 200-220 hours monthly
