We are currently looking for a Waiter to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Waiter ensures that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good relationships.
- Ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- Preparation of the mise en place for each meal period and to make sure that everything required during service and for the next shift is ready.

- Assertive, friendly, and proactive personality.
- Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Pode constituir uma vantagem
- Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Minimum conversational level of German, any other language a plus.
