Job description:
The Tourist animator performs fun, recreational, sports, cultural and other leisure programmes for tourists (guests of hotel houses, camps and other tourist facilities). Job performed in different segments as: • SPORTS through the organisation and delivering morning gymnastics, aerobics, organising various sports tournaments (swimming, basketball, football, table tennis, beach volley, tennis...), bicycle tours and…
• DAILY ENTERTAINMENT through organising for example water Olympics, treasure hunts, games without limits and various different games
• CHILDREN`S through management of children`s program activities and organization of larger groups of children in various creative-educational contents
• EVENING PROGRAMS through organization of various dance games for adults, delivering themed parties etc.

- Work in smaller or larger teams at one of over 70 locations in Croatia or abroad
- Monthly income depending on the previous experience and knowledge (1000 - 1150 EUR net a month)
- Overtime, work on Sunday and holidays payed additionally
- Accommodation and paid meals (3 meals a day) inside work premises
- Travel costs of arriving to the destination are not covered but in case of internal change/transfer of location employer covers all costs
- Prior education (online and onsite), supervision and support during work
- Seasonal work from 2, 5 - 7 months depending on the candidate’s availability; possibility of winter employment as a posted worker in the EU or in tropical destinations
- Possibility of advancement and long-term employment
