Training as a master automotive technician or equivalent training in the field of vehicle electronics/mechatronics
Experience working with hybrid and fully electric vehicles
Good knowledge of work processes and procedures in an NSC and dealership, as well as in the area of customer service
Professional experience with a manufacturer or importer in the area of customer support
Excellent vehicle diagnostic skills
Very good general IT system and component skills
Very good Polish and German language skills as well as good English skills
