Then you might be the Technical Supporter we are looking for in Danfoss Industrial Automation. We offer a unique job opportunity in an informal and dynamic environment, where we support specific areas within Industrial Automation. With reference to the Team Leader for Technical Support, you will become part of a dynamic and global team, and you will work from our office in Hasselager, Denmark.

Support in technical product portfolio Your overall mission will be to support our OEM sales team in Northern Europe and be the best possible sparring partner on our product portfolio of pressure and temperature sensors. Your main focus will be to understand the customer’s need and act as the interface between Sales and Production. Based on your technical understanding and experience, we expect you to keep your product range competitive with market trends and competitors. In this context, it will be your primary task to translate your knowledge into accessible counselling, based on the customer’s needs. Other key responsibilities will be to: •Handle incoming claims •Deliver competent support to Sales in connection with OEM focus customers (technical meetings, CRS projects, complaint issues, etc.) •Acquire application knowledge and provide input to the creation of application material (stories, descriptions, selection parameters) •Help define PPAP levels with customers and enable the process •Answer enquiries in the global mailbox Technical and commercial profile with solid business understanding

You have a technical background as an electrical or mechanical engineer or equivalent. Moreover, you have some years’ experience from a similar position, and it would be an advantage if you have knowledge of the sensors business. It will also be a plus if you are familiar with the basic quality tools such PPAP. As a person, you are customer and business-oriented, and you know that good results are achieved through a proactive and sustained effort. Since you will often be met with unforeseen tasks, you are good at keeping the overview in a hectic environment and thrive with both routine and varied tasks. You have a good ability to build networks, and it comes natural to you to have a broad interface. You also know how important it is to have a positive attitude and act as a team player. Finally, you master Danish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
