For our Site Resource Sourcing (SRS) department within our Offshore Market Unit, we are looking for a Subcontractor Manager to source third party staff for our offshore projects in Project Site Execution. You will be part of a team in Denmark, Germany and UK and responsible for managing our third party suppliers of staff in Denmark. The position is based in Vejle, Denmark.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Subcontractor Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of suppliers of staff, both in terms of contracts, communication and evaluation. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers in cooperation with procurement and Head of SRS

• Contract management and administration

• Be the single point of contact to the supplier

• Allocating request to the individual suppliers

• Liaison with supplier in terms of production and distribution of forecasts

• Monitoring and reporting performance and quality

• Identify and screen new suppliers in the market

• Participate in audits together with procurement

• Liaise with resource coordinators/operation manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You hold minimum a Bachelor degree

• You have a relevant commercial background with technical flair or vice versa

• You have some years’ of experience, preferably from a similar position in an international organization

• You should be experienced in building strong relations, solving issues in a non-confrontational way, and thus ensuring that our suppliers comply with the contracts

• As a person, you are structured, but at the same time you thrive in a dynamic environment • You are persistent, solution oriented and you possess an intercultural understanding

• You have excellent communication and English skills, both orally and in writing
