Through a close dialogue with managers and employees, People & Development develops and implements strategies and policies which contribute to ensuring that DONG Energy’s business plans are realised through attracting, developing and retaining competent, motivated and committed employees. The department is a part of Exploration & Production, which has 700 employees and is one of five business units in DONG Energy. We explore and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred on the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom. We have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the coming years. Place of employment is in Gentofte. Areas of responsibility Your key tasks will be to: Handle administration and coordination of HR processes be responsible for administration and coordination of onboarding courses Helping in making presentations and collecting HR data Ad hoc admin Your profile You are on your Bachelor or Master’s degree, it is not important what you study but that you have an interest in HR. It is important that you thrive with working independently and have a structured and analytical approach to new assignments. You are good at communicating oral and written on both Danish and English.
