Position Overview

To provide the hotel with a professional service about receiving, stores reorder, stores issue requests, stores maintenance and inventory maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • To receive and inspect all incoming goods  
  • To arrange for the storage of all incoming goods in appropriate store places
  • To monitor the expiry date of the store items
  • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
  • Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels
  • Support team to reach common goals

 

Requisitos do cargo

Requirements

  • College graduate or equivalent.
  • +1-year prior experience in the hospitality industry in 4- or 5-star hotels in the same or similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel )
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Team player.
