Sr. Mgr, Process Engineering (f/m/d)
- Develop and implement customer strategies to defend existing applications and penetrate new applications
- Resolve customer issues
- Wet process application development and CIP on existing applications
- Development of reliability criteria & testing reliability of applications on hardware
- Determination of application process window
- Technical direction of product roadmap
- Ensure systematic data collection and analysis
- Work cross functionally with various organizations within Lam, including the Field organization
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Market share growth
- Development of Best Known Methods
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor equipment with particular expert capability in clean process modules.
- Master Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics or related field of study
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry R&D experience; previous experience in a people management role
- Proven track record in successfully leading the development of new technologies in etch, clean or deposition process equipment
- Previous experience in driving successful development projects following a creative & fast paced development cycle
- Technical knowledge of engineering disciplines
- Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge
- Troubleshooting and statistical process control skills
- Organization & team development experience
- Able to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel is required
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group: H (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV_2021/Abschluss/Mindestgehaltstabelle.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
