Job Description
- Welcoming and servicing guests in the areas of the hotel
- Informing guests of our services while pinpointing their needs
- Promoting and selling Spa services and products
- Programming wellness packages
- Compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Maintaining effective communication with other departments of the hotel
Requirements
- Highschool graduate or University, Technological Educational Institute, Vocational Training Institute degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Customer oriented perception and sales ability
- Prior experience in a similar position will be an asset
