Responsibilities
- Welcoming and serving hotel guests
- Investigating needs and providing information about packages and services
- Promoting and selling wellness services and Spa products
- Programming wellness packages
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments
Qualifications
- High school graduate or Bachelor's degree from a university/technical institute/vocational school
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Computer skills
- Desired experience in a similar position
