Career Opportunities
We seek to recruit a highly motivated, hard-working and experienced Software Developer to join either our Nicosia or Athens Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop systems (e.g. SAP, corporate websites, and internal communication platforms), based on agreed specifications.
- Have responsibility for the design, validation, testing and deployment.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, with key milestones and timeframes.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, so as to determine requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.
- Assess risks and recommend solutions / alternative approaches.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Prepare user manuals.
- Provide training, guidance and support to users.
- Comply with information security and data protection directions and guidelines.
- Submit relevant reports to management, as required.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL/MySQL Administration.
- Knowledge of SAP development tool will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of solution design and architecture.
- Experience in software development and coding (e.g. in C#, SQL, PHP, HTML, Crystal Reports).
- At least 2 years’ experience in any object-oriented language.
- Development of reports and SQL scripts.
- Solid knowledge in backend web development (e.g. PHP, HTML).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly approach.
