As a service technician in the area of UPS systems, you will support the entire product and solution portfolio of APC by Schneider Electric and MGE Galaxy systems in the Secure Power area and install, maintain and repair UPS systems. As a technical service employee, you are our personal interface to the customer and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction through your customer- and solution-oriented approach.

 

Your everyday life at Schneider Electric

  • Independent execution of service orders at the customer's premises, e.g. commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Customer advice and help with problem solving
  • Collaboration with various departments and customers to resolve escalations
  • Documentation of all assignments and creation of maintenance logs
  • Participation in on-call and operational readiness

Requisitos do cargo

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. in the field of power electronics
  • Ideally initial experience in the field of UPS system technology as well as in the field of power distribution systems, test procedures and measurement technology
  • Independent working style and strong decision-making skills
  • High degree of willingness to travel in the region and sometimes beyond
  • Very good English skills, German skills are beneficial
  • Car driver's license
