Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm, working with large corporate clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, the pharmaceutical industry, and transportation.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented IT Business Analyst.
Your Mission
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, translating those needs into functional solutions, and supporting their implementation—ensuring alignment between business processes and organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs
- Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications for IT teams
- Analyzing the impact of proposed changes
- Performing gap analysis between current (as-is) and target (to-be) processes
- Designing and documenting target (to-be) processes
- Organizing the testing strategy and monitoring test phases
- Coordinating and facilitating communication between all stakeholders
- Participating in change management and deployment activities
- Adapting to the client’s specific environment

Profile Sought
- You have proven experience in business analysis or process analysis
- You can meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- You are versatile and can easily adapt to a constantly evolving environment
- You combine creative thinking with a pragmatic approach
- You are fluent in French and English; good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
- Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile…) and related tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect…) is a strong plus
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML…) is also appreciated
