Dein Verantwortungsbereich beim Stanglwirt:
* Sei der Gastgeber im Herzen des Hotels: Gewinne neue Gäste auf internationaler Ebene, pflege die Kommunikation mit der Vielzahl an bestehenden Stammgästen und kümmere Dich um den Verkauf der Hotelleistungen.
* Gestalte die Zukunft mit: Arbeite bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der visionären Marketingstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Eigentümerfamilie mit.
* Behalte den Überblick: Wir sorgen für erfolgreiche Profit-Center durch den optimalen Einsatz von Produkt, Preis, Vertrieb und Kommunikation. Sei verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Durchführung und Kontrolle vom Sales- und Marketingplan zur optimalen Budgeterreichung.
* Hebe unsere Marke weiterhin auf neue Levels: Baue passende, authentische und zielgruppenorientierte, internationale Marketingmaßnahmen- und Kooperationen für das Unternehmen unter optimalem Einsatz des Marketing-Budgets. Arbeite aktiv beim weiteren Aufbau des positiven Images der Arbeitgebermarke mit.
* Sei mittendrin statt nur dabei: Kommuniziere mit Geschäftspartnern und Medienvertretern in Abstimmung mit der Eigentümerfamilie und repräsentiere den Stanglwirt in deren Auftrag und Interesse entsprechend mit.

Your area of responsibility at the Stanglwirt:
* Be the host at the heart of the hotel: attract new guests on an international level, maintain communication with the large number of existing regular guests and take care of the sale of hotel services.
* Help shape the future: Work on the development and implementation of the visionary marketing strategy in collaboration with the owner family.
* Keep the overview: We ensure successful profit centres through the optimal use of product, price, distribution and communication. Be responsible for the creation, implementation and control of the sales and marketing plan to optimise budget achievement.
* Continue to take our brand to new levels: build appropriate, authentic and target group-orientated international marketing measures and cooperations for the company while making optimal use of the marketing budget. Play an active role in further building the positive image of the employer brand.
* Be in the thick of it instead of just being there: communicate with business partners and media representatives in coordination with the owner family and represent the Stanglwirt on their behalf and in their interests.
* Live and breathe the Stanglwirt spirit: actively promote employee marketing in close cooperation with the HR department in order to continue to position Stanglwirt as an attractive employer.

* Leidenschaft und Erfahrung: Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position von Reservierungs-, Sales-, oder Marketingabteilungen in einem 5-Sterne Hotel mit internationalem Anspruch
* Bestens ausgebildet: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung einer Lehre, höheren berufsbildenden Schule oder facheinschlägigem Studium, Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil (Marketingkenntnisse)
* Teamspirit: Gute interne Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie, überzeugter Teamplayer und Hands-On Mentalität
* Vorbild sein: Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen in der operativen und wirtschaftlichen Leitung
* Organisationstalent: Planerische Stärke sowie projektorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
* Unternehmerisches Denken: Verkaufsorientiertes Denken, Geschäftsentwicklung und Verhandlungsgeschick in der Umsetzung der Marketing- und Verkaufsziele sowie visionäres und kreatives Gedankengut
* Technische Fertigkeiten: Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, Hotel-Programme: Reservierungsprogramme, Online-Portale, Online-Plattformen, grafische Programme, Data Management Softwares, PMS, Channel-Manager, CRM, E-Commerce und Social Media Plattformen wie Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
* Innovationsgeist: Du bist offen bzw. hast bereits Erfahrung mit neuen Ansätzen und Technologien, einschließlich neuer Medien und künstlicher Intelligenz, und bringst dieses Interesse bzw. Wissen in Deine Arbeit ein bzw. entwickelst Dich auf diesem Gebiet u.a. laufend weiter

* Passion and experience: At least 8 years of experience in a leading position in a reservation, sales or marketing department in a 5-star hotel with international standards
* Highly trained: A completed apprenticeship, higher vocational school or relevant degree, experience abroad an advantage (marketing knowledge)
