As a project manager in NNE's Automation & IT division, you will be managing one of our projects or portfolios based on the existing automation technologies and the new stuff within the Industry 4.0 domain.
The focus for this position is automation, software development and solutions from early project phases to the test and handover to the final operation in pharma/biotech facilities. As a AIT project manager, you will be working with highly qualified engineers, specialists and project managers, in an international environment.

How you might spend your days
As an Project Manager for AIT, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- Prior to project start up, give input to the proposal in cooperation with the sales department,
- To be strong in project management knowledge areas and competences
- Define the project execution strategy and identification of the risks and mitigations
- Estimate the cost estimating and plan the budget in cooperation with our engineers and specialist
- Planning the project schedule and activity
- Organization setup for the project, and planning the team development
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope, quality and within the budget
- Communication to the project and stakeholder
- With strong leadership and soft skills, to motivate, develop and give feedback to the team, and ensure high level of the customer satisfaction.

- Engineer, computer scientist or similar degree/experience or relevant technical knowledge background
- You have 5 years of experience within AIT projects
