We invite you to join us as a Product manager, who will become a part of Danfoss Heating Segment and Commercial Controls business, with responsibilities for product group of automatic balancing valves. You will take over the responsibility for product group growth and technical support to sales organizations and customers.

Product Manager will strive for innovation and new product idea generation within automatic balancing in residential heating segment. If you take the challenge you will – based on customer’s needs and your strong application knowledge from residential field – be responsible for:

•sharing of information from market to engage in innovation and new product ideas in the field of ASV valves

•ensuring growth of your product group's strategy

•cooperation with and offer support to sales companies, marketing and customers

•taking a lead in technical and sales trainings together with preparation of sales tools

Ideal candidate holds at least University degree within Mechanical engineering or HVAC. Candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a consultant or similar experience in HVAC business. You should have a good understanding of Heating and Cooling products and applications, be fluent in English (another European language is beneficial) and anticipate frequent travelling activity.

It will be an advantage if you have:

•Comprehensive application and market knowledge in the area of hydronic balancing and control preferably with Residential markets segment insights.

•Strong business and customer orientation

•You are a strong team player with proactive approach

•A mindset on the customer and to push boundaries

Your technical soul is combined with your affinity to meet customer needs which make you the right person for Product Management. At the interface with sales, business development and R&D, you will develop and continuously improve selling materials, technical & commercial trainings and will drive improvements in the product category.

In-depth hydronic application knowledge and product expertise are key in supporting our ambitious growth strategy.

You can be based anywhere in Western Europe, but preferably in one of our Business Unit hubs in Denmark (Vejle), Slovenia (Ljubljana) or the Netherlands (Rotterdam).
