Job description:

  • Assurer le support niveau 2 ou 3 sur une ferme SharePoint 2013 complexe
  • Assurer la mise à jour de l'infrastructure SharePoint : Patching
  • Rédaction de procédures
  • Capacité d'analyse sur des incidents, problèmes complexes
  • Assurer une veille technologique
  • Création de sites SharePoint suivant les demandes (ticketing)
  • Gestion et administration de l'antivirus Eset pour SharePoint
  • Travail en équipe dans un OpenSpace
  • Travail avec d'autres équipes (développeurs SharePoint)
  • Transfert de compétences au niveau 1 (SD)

Technical skills:

Mandatory:

  • Sharepoint 2016
  • SQL 2016
  • Script Powershell + Transact-sql
  • Windows Server

Optional:

  • Processus ITIL • Connaissance Active Directory • DocAve (Produit spécifique utilisé au PE pour la gestion de la ferme SharePoint) • Outil ticketing
