Your job is important
Your job is to make medical assessments, manage medications and provide support and advice to nursing staff. You plan the health and medical interventions for those who need care. Good contact with relatives is also your responsibility. It requires both determination and analytical thinking.
You are offered a stimulating and varied job where you have nursing responsibility for patients within an area and you plan and manage the individual's care in consultation with the patient, relatives and the patient's responsible doctor regarding health and medical care interventions. During the day, you work as a nursing manager for a number of patients within an area. Evenings and weekends involve telephone advice, planned and unplanned home visits in special housing, LSS housing and ordinary housing.
- You are a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in district care, care of the elderly or psychiatry, but this is not a requirement.

- You enjoy working independently but in collaboration with healthcare professionals in the team.
- As a person, you are courageous and confident in your contact with patients, relatives and staff. You are the one who gives them security.
- You have good experience with IT-based medical record systems and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Experience of working in municipal health care, the Pulsen Combine operating system and the national quality registers Senior Alert, SveDem and the Palliative Care Register are meritorious.
- Driving license B is a requirement as travel is common within the job
- You speak fluent Swedish
- The work places great demands on medical competence and great importance is placed on personal suitability.
